Paraeducator
We're hiring a Paraeducator at Rooted School Vancouver for the 2026–27 school year.
At Rooted, every student deserves someone in their corner. Our paraeducators work alongside teachers and our Special Education Coordinator. They give students targeted support in class, in small groups and one-on-one, and help them become confident, independent learners. Students keep doing the thinking, and you help them believe they can.
What you'll do
- Support students in classrooms, small groups and one-on-one
- Put students' IEP accommodations into practice and help multilingual learners access rigorous work
- Build warm, affirming relationships and support behavior in a restorative way
- Partner closely with teachers as part of one team
Pay
$27.00/hour
Schedule
Full-time, in person, Monday–Friday 8am–4pm in Vancouver, WA
